Coaches Wanted
Plans are underway for the 2027 season and it all starts with our head coaches. If you are interested in coaching a rep team (A, B) for the 2027 season, please complete the application by August 15. We will accept community (C) coach applications until the end of February. Applications are required for both new and returning coaches. https://viewroyalfastball.com/form/7947
Assessments & Registration
Stay tuned for information on rep level (A, B) assessments happening in September. Available teams, dates, times and registration details will be announced soon.
Athletes who are interested in playing at at the community level (C), do not need to participate in assessments and will be able to register for the 2027 season at the end of 2026 (no assessments required).
Canada Futures - Region 1: Intro to High Performance (14U) and Canada Futures High Performance (16U & 18U) ID Camp
August 15-16 at Centennial Park in Langford, BC
This two-day identification camp provides athletes with the opportunity to work directly with Canada Futures coaches and collegiate athletes while experiencing a high-performance training environment. Participants will be evaluated through a combination of objective testing and on-field performance, including key athletic metrics, softball-specific skills, and the intangible qualities that contribute to long-term success.
Athletes will receive measurable data that can be used to build and strengthen their personal softball profiles while gaining valuable insight into their current level of development.
Through this ID Camp, Canada Futures will be evaluating athletes for:
Region 1 - Intro to High Performance Team (14U)
Region 1 - High Performance Team (16U&18U) (pending sufficient athlete interest)
This camp is open to all athletes from District 1 and District 2, and we encourage players who are passionate about improving their game to take advantage of this opportunity.
